Customer error, dissatisfaction, no longer wanting a product, or any other reason for wanting to return a product other than SpeedShop3.com's documented error will not be accepted. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 30 days will not be accepted for return. If you knowingly receive the incorrect product and open the box, you own it.

SpeedShop3.com accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. SpeedShop3.com recommends professional installation for every product we sell, and all products listed are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY, unless clearly noted otherwise.
RETURN/CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE TERMS
All cancellations and returns must be authorized by SpeedShop3.com, and an RA# must be used when returning products or they will be denied.
Please See Return Authorization Number portion on how to obtain an RA#.
Once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled.
All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; once an items packaging is open, item is used, or 10 days have passed since products was received item can no longer be returned.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY OPENED/ USED/ MODIFIED/ DAMAGED PRODUCTS

- Special order items
- Body parts

- Engine internals.
Returns and cancellations are solely determined by SpeedShop3.com.
Returns are for store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS.
There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as "special order." Period.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only; settlement of all claims is subject to manufacturer's waiting period to allow inspection of warranted goods.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
All return items require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email us at , please provide your contact information or user login,order number and your reason for return. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#. Please mark your box clearly with your RA# when returning your product. SpeedShop3.com is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RA#) on or in the box.
SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES AND DAMAGES
SpeedShop3.com must be made aware of any and all discrepancy in your order within 14 days of receipt. This includes incorrect part numbers, quantities and colors. SpeedShop3.com can not file a claim, exchange or replace any item after this 14 day window. If you wait two months to install your part and realize you have the wrong item, we will not be able to help. SpeedShop3.com insures every shipment for the full value of the package, so if you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately following receipt.
- Customers are responsible for reporting any damage to the packaging/items to SpeedShop3.com within 48 hours of receipt. Claims should be made via email and must include pictures of the damaged packaging and item.
- All packaging in which damaged goods are received must be saved for carrier's inspection.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on products.
- SpeedShop3.com will not accept any return shipments without an RA number.
- All products are free on board (FOB), meaning the customer assumes ownership as soon as the item is picked up by the courier.
