| How can I pay for my order? |
| SpeedShop3.com accepts all major credit cards issued by US banks, online through the SecurePay and Paypal systems, and over the phone. |
| Can I make a purcahse with out a credit card? |
| Other accepted forms of payment are cashiers checks, money orders and bank wire transfers. |
| Does Speed Shop 3 ship Cash On Delivery (COD) as a form of payment? |
| We are sorry but at this time w do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a form of payment, nor do we accept non-US credit cards. |
| When am I billed for my order? |
| All orders are billed at the time they are placed. |
| Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase? |
| Only New York State Residence are subject to 8.625% sales tax. |
| Order Processing/Tracking |
| How quickly will my order get processed? |
| Orders are filled during business hours only, in the order that they are received. At this point, an invoice is created & automatically emailed to you. |
| When will my order ship? |
| Following invoicing, 'in stock' items ship from our facility via UPS. Pickups are daily, and tracking is emailed automatically within 12 hours of UPS's receipt of the item. |
| How do larger items (ie Hoods) ship? |
| Larger items (i.e. hoods) ship via truck freight, usually within a similar time frame. |
| Where will my item ship from? |
| Certain items ship from other locations other than our New York facility, which may extend or shorten the transit time depending on your location. |
| What happens if my item is on backorder? |
| In the case of a backordered item, you will be notified. If the Item is going to take longer than two weeks to ship, it will be cancelled & you will be refunded your money. |
| How long does the entire order process take? |
| This whole process normally takes 3-5 business days (not including weekends). If you call or e-mail for tracking before 3 business days we generally will have a hard time providing a tracking number. |
| Return/Exchange Policy |
| Can I return an item that was damaged during the installation process? |
| SpeedShop3.com accepts no liability for products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification. SpeedShop3.com recommends professional installation for every product we sell. |
| Can I return my item for a refund? |
| Returns are for store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| Can I cancel my order if my item already shipped? |
| Once an item is shipped it can no longer be canceled. |
| Is there a restocking fee if I return my item? |
| All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. |
| Can I return my item if it is opened? |
| Once an items packaging is open, item is used, or 10 days have passed since products was received item can no longer be returned. |
| Can I return my item if I am not satisfied? |
| All cancellations and returns must be authorized by SpeedShop3.com, and an RA# must be used when returning products or they will be denied. |
| Can I cancel or return special order items? |
| There are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds on any item that is listed as "special order." Period. |
| How do I get an RA#? |
| To get an RA#, email us at , please provide your contact information or user login,order number and your reason for return. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours with your RA#. |
| I received my item and there was a discrepancy/it was damaged? |
| SpeedShop3.com must be made aware of any and all discrepancy in your order within 14 days of receipt. This includes incorrect part numbers, quantities and colors. SpeedShop3.com can not file a claim, |

| I haven't made a purchase yet, but I found the item I want cheaper else where, now what? |
| Place your order online as you would normally order an item from SpeedShop3.com. In the "comments" area in the checkout section of your shopping cart, note the lower price you found & where. |
| How is my Price Macth adjusted? |
| Your online receipt will not reflect the price adjustment if you order with our shopping cart. It will be emailed to you immediately once the adjustment has been processed. |
| I already purchased my item, but I found it cheaper else where? |
| Email us at , providing the lower price, source and the date you purchased the item from us. We will then gladly look into your order and process your refund. |
